The technician called to say he would be early. Completed replacement of the garage door opener quickly and efficiently. Very helpful setting up the system and letting me practice to be sure everything worked. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their last (excellent) service was back in 2014 and only a lightening strike had me calling again for a new opener. Great Service!

We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved. We will definitely use this company when we want to upgrade the garage door opener system.

So far it is operating as it should. I can now open it if the electricity goes out. Jason made some adjustments/corrections that the last tech missed.

Thanks to Dalton for his professionalism and courtesy. He arrived on time, efficiently removed the old door opener and replace it with a new model. He also programmed the door opener in our car. He was pleasant and left the work area clean. All good performance by your technician. Additionally he called before he arrived. I only wish the phone company could learn that lesson. Excellent customer service. Ronnie & Susie

Precision was recommended to me by 2 people and I'm glad I called. Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He went over what was needed, the very reasonable costs, and he was finished with the repair quickly. I highly recommend Precision and will be calling them the next time I need garage door service or repair. Absolutely perfect. Thank you!!

My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.

We needed a PM done on our doors. Called and they had an opening today. Our tech, Jeremiah, called to say he was ahead of schedule and offered to come earlier. He arrived promptly, worked hard, and answered my questions. He was very professional, neat, and polite! Wonderful service from the phone call to paying the bill. Will use again in the future. Thanks.
