We just moved to St Augustine to a 15 year old house. The garage door opener only opened one of the doors! The tech who helped us arrived on time, was courteous and very competent and quickly had the old clicker programmed to open both garage doors. Hooray! Another problem solved. We will definitely use this company when we want to upgrade the garage door opener system.

He was pleasant and left the work area clean. All good performance by your technician. Additionally he called before he arrived. I only wish the phone company could learn that lesson. I liked the same day service that you had on your ads. I needed to get a new motor for my door and I wanted a key pad. Jason was polite and explained everything very well. Precision was recommended to me by 2 people and I'm glad I called. Scheduling would have been same day had my availability allowed it, but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and found a day / time that worked for me. Alan was fantastic. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He went over what was needed, the very reasonable costs, and he was finished with the repair quickly. My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.

We panicked at 4pm last Fri./Good Friday when our garage doors stopped working and the motor started smoking after my husband attempted to program them to our cars. We checked google reviews online, and Precision looked like a winner. We called and two men were here within the hour. To make a long story short, Hayden got up on the ladder and made the diagnosis. He thoroughly explained the problem, made a call for additional parts to be delivered and got to work. He and his assistant finished the job around 8pm. We were very pleased with their work ethic and are thrilled with the outcome. It's a definite upgrade and so much smoother and quieter. Keep up the good work!
