Precision Door was awesome from start to finish. Called them when my garage door wouldn't close. They couldn't get a tech out that night but put me on the schedule first thing in the morning. Tech called me when he was on his way. Wes was my tech and he explained what was wrong with the garage and what my options were for repair with and without warranty. He was very professional and got the job done. I would highly recomment this company to neighbors and friends!

We had a problem with the wiring being cut on our door opener, and the door was also somewhat out of adjustment. We found Precision Door by calling the service number for our Linear garage door opener. They referred us to you. We called Precision at 3 PM on a Friday. Your scheduler set up an appointment from 4 to 6 PM, same day. The service person arrived at 4 PM promptly, and all issues were resolved effectively and efficiently by 4:30 PM. Couldn't ask for any better service than that. Should we need help in the future with the door, you can bet we will call Precision to help us out.

Following an assessment of our failing garage door opener, Frank (Precision Tech) provided us with a number of product and cost options to fix the problem. We selected a belt-driven opener and Frank had it installed in less than an hour. He reviewed the new opener features with us and answered all our questions.
