Our 37 year old garage door cable and bracket broke on Sunday afternoon. We called and Michael was here by 10 am on Monday! He figured out the problem and replaced both brackets and cables. He was personable and low key. He didn’t try to upcharge us on additional services. He told us we didn’t need them. He showed us the broken and decayed parts and completed the job expertly. We like the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and HONESTY of Michael. He represents his company in a 5 Star manner. We highly recommend this company!

These guys are the greatest! They came out the same day we called, fixed the problem (not a big one) promptly and were more than fair on the price. We've had this door for 5 or 6 years and this is the first service call we have had to make. I would recommend them highly.

Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!

Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!
