This is the second time we’ve had your company come and service our garage door in last 25 years I feel that’s great other people have have serviced every other year that’s awesome service record other people should look into. The technician installed a piece metal so my garage door opener could attach to the door. The piece was too long so the screws don't properly attach to the door correctly. The piece of metal would have attached better if it was smaller or if the end of it was slightly bent. I was disappointed in the job.

This is the only company that I have ever utilized for any type of repair that provides a photo of the person who will be coming to perform the service and updates you via e-mail, etc. regarding their actual arrival time.
