Starting from the company chat, they were great. However once the technician, Walter, came out it could not have gone any better. Walter was great! He exceeded all our expectations!!!! After reading do manny comenta on other companies this one came up. I can’t tell you happy and blessed I felt once Walter came out. He is such a great guy, I don’t foresee problems with my garage door in the near future, but if I do, I hope it’s Walter that comes back out. Thank you Precision for hiring him, he is a valuable asset for you and me! ????????????????

Dalton was very friendly and professional. He changed out my springs and bearings ( I didn’t know the bearings were bad till he pointed it out ) glad he was looking out for my best interests. Door works like new! Highly recommend Precision Door Service if you need garage door work done, definitely a 5 star company.

Didn’t know garage door maintenance was a thing until yesterday. I called at about noon and someone was here at 4 same day. Great customer service over the phone. Chad arrived and I discussed a few things and asked a lot of questions. He was patient, answered ALL of my questions, and was courteous. He did a fantastic job. The chain on one of the pulley mechanisms got twisted and our garage door wouldn't . close. This happened on a Sunday. We've used Precision Door in the past, so we called them, thinking that we'd have to leave a message and wait for a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed the door quickly. The gentleman was extremely nice and made sure that everything was working well before leaving. The customer service , which many businesses fall short on lately, was great and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs.

Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.

Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.
