I couldn't be more pleased! I had an emergency, spring broke and couldn't get the garage door up. That was 7:00am, door was working by 10:30am. I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.

Top tier service straight out the gate! I was in desperate need of their service. Our family had to leave our home due to new floors being done in our home and all of sudden the garage went out. I called/text in a panic by noon they were there to save the day like a super hero. I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I appreciate honesty above all and I appreciate this company for employing people who were honest and forthright. Whenever my garage door needs servicing are any other problems arise this is the only company I will call from now on. Thank you for employing such good employees please and having such a good company that is honest and has honor.

I called 3 different companies this was the only one that actually answered the phone and had someone knowledgeable enough to speak to me. They sent someone out the same day that I called which I thought was remarkable. They sent to gentlemen named Reggie and he was fantastic. He spotted what was wrong immediately and fixed it quickly. I did not realize that the door had jammed at the top. He fixed it in no time and I was not charged very much for the immediate response to my service request. I highly recommend this company.
