Great Job done by Tim and his trainee. They were professional and very courteous. I was very pleased that they were on time and they finished within the two hour time period after providing me with an estimate. Our garage is moving very smooth and there is no noise. Garage door would not close. When Travis came out it did go up and down with no problems. Travis sprayed the tracks and garage door was working fine. Hopefully no more problems.

Frank meets the Snake! The weather strip on the bottom of my garage door had shrunk leaving gaps at each end & a 4 to 5 foot snake decided that my garage was a nice cool place to live. I tried patching it myself, but he still kept getting in so I called Precision. Frank arrived promptly and I explained my snake problem. He inspected the door, explained the repair and quoted me a fair price. He started the work and I went in my office where I was lucky enough to be able to watch what happened because I had setup a â??snake camâ?? a few days before. I watched as Frank measured, pulled out the old weather strip and began taking off the metal track on the bottom of the door with his drill. All of a sudden I hear a loud bang, a terrifying scream and see him leap over five feet backwards. I rushed out thinking he may have been electrocuted to see him beet red, holding his heart and unable to speak. Seems that Mr. Snake was in that metal track, got mad and lunged out right in Frankâ??s face. The snake then slowly slithered down the doors track to the floor, Frank able to speak and move again grabbed a broom handle and tried to shoo the snake out of the garage, but he kept wanting to come back in. I finally (sorry PETA) grabbed a shovel and killed it. Frank finished the job, cleaned everything up and even took the dead snake away. The work was professional and first rate. This is the second time that Iâ??ve used Precision, I highly recommend them for all your garage door and snake problems!

Called around 5 PM to get garage door repaired as it was locked shut and I needed to go to work in the morning. when I called , I was greeted professionaly and a tech was to be at my house around 6 . Tim came and did an excellant job of not only fixing problem but he also explained the workings of new gear.

Jeremy Hale did an outstanding job installing our new Precision garage door. His attention to detail and concern about getting the proper fit and alignment and that I was happy with the installation and final product was very impressive. Additionally, he kept me informed of his arrival times with timely phone calls, so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The sales rep, Tim Van Vuren, was professional and knew what he was doing. What I thought was just a broken spring replacement turned out to be a much bigger project when Tim's inspection revealed frayed lift wires, both springs were bad and all the rollers and bearings needed to be replaced, not surprising for a 33 year old wooden garage door. I'm a National Sales Manager for a company that designs, engineers and manufactures precision-machined, computer controlled, million dollar industrial machinery and I can spot a bad sales or service person immediately. Both Jeremy and Tim knew what they were doing and I give both of them my full recommendation and would be happy to refer them to any friend or family member. Thanks for a great job!

Travis did a good job but when my door shuts it try's to reopen and I did not get my receipt for the services all and all Travis did a good job I would get you guys a good reference.

I wanted to love this company. The Office Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frank showed up, on time, and worked with me to select the best product and PRICE to suit my needs. A few days later, Kurt, showed up, on time, and did a great job installing the exact door I ordered. A few days later, I had a small problem with the door catching. I thought OK, here we go; this company already has my money, will they care that I have a problem. I called them and they said "No Problem." A couple of days later Kurt was back out, and took care of the issue in no time at all. I love this company. It was a nice bonus that the emailed pictures of the technician so I knew who was showing up. I will recommend this company to friends and relatives that need a new garage door, or a repair.

Tommy was very professional and neat when he came to the house. He surveyed the door and pointed out to me what was needed and why. I knew that there were other problems beside the broken spring but not exactly what they were. After the repair the door worked better that when it was new. Thanks for the quick service also.
