The service that we received was outstanding. Frank Cassidy met with us first thing Sunday morning and repaired our garage door. Frank explained the entire process as he was repairing. He was professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he repair the door by offered maintenance tips to prevent future issues. The customer service offered by this company was above par and I would refer my friends and family. In fact my brother has a garage door problem and is calling today. Thank you Precision and Frank!

This is exactly the type of customer service that you expect but rarely receive. Frank was on time, knowledgeable and friendly.
