I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.

Outstanding service... Jeff did an excellent job explaining things about the system and answered all my questions. He adjusted the springs and gave the door a tune-up. It now works as it should.
