I had Precision Door Service come out today to check a garage door that wouldn’t open on its own. Tim the service tech arrived at the promised time and was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and went over all of the repair options and pricing. He installed the new springs and had everything working in under 1 hour. Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, arrived 1 1/2 hours after I called for service, and explained everything to us. We even sat and watched him replace everything! Now, our garage door purrs like a kitten. Highly recommend!

I saw the adds on TV and also found some coupons in Mint magazine so I thought I would give Precision a call and I am glad that I did. They came same day, where actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled. The service person was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several arguments and it cost me the service call only, which I was very pleased with. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Percision again.

Very professional and courteous. Called about 15 min prior to arrival. Adjusted door sensor and replaced cracked door bracket that I didn’t notice, saving me a future service call. I will always call Precision when I need garage door service.

So the reason for my 2 star rating is because I was in a desperate need. I needed a hinge replaced. When I inquired the receptionist said it would be $25 for a hinge and my service call would be waived if service was done. I removed the old hinge myself but couldn’t put a new one on. So when the young man got here he assed the situation and said I needed a whole new door. WHAT!!! I explained my job situation due to the COVID19 and I just needed to get buy for right now. No money for a whole new door. He said no way to put on new hinge. I asked if he could just put on the old hinge he said NO. I needed a hero right then. Not a $1000 bill. I called a friend who was able to send someone to fix the situation. Lubricate it and align it. All for a couple dollars. It’s as good as new. I will never refer or suggest Pricision. So sad in a time of need.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. The door works perfectly now, no sloppy, jerky movement. Great job Nate! Thank you!!!
