We had an upgrade to parallel other household work... this included a new opener, door alignment, new springs, external controller. Additionally, our installer noted cable issues which replacement resolved. The process was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The linking of the opener to cars and smart phones was much easier than we had anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased by the quality, price, and service. Our installer Frank could not have been more pleasant, helpful, or knowledgable.

OUTSTANDING WORK! Dalton was at my house within 5 minutes of me making the service call. He was professional, courteous & very cautious not to damage my cars that were in the garage. He made sure the door operated properly when done with the spring replacement. His work was spot-on, he knew the proper springs to replace the broken ones (as the old spring were not the proper tensions). Again, outstanding job I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing garage door repairs or installation.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service! My opener went out and I called for an appointment at 8:30am and someone was at the front door at 9:45am. The total time for installation and repairs for a complete opener and rollers was about an hour! The new unit is super quiet! Very satisfied with the quality of the new unit! And no worries about having to leave the door open waiting for a repair since they came out right away.

Great service. Alan was the technician that installed a new garage door opener after a lightening strike on our old opener made it necessary. He was very knowledgeable and very patient answering my many questions. I have used Precision in the past for general maintenance on my garage door.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener in about an hour. Installed new guide wheels and cleaned up all the packing and debris. Serviced the spring and thoroughly went through the process to program the openers and the door pad. Excellent service and dedication to their work. Thanks.

Spring broke on my garage door so I called Precision based on reviews. Only negative of the service was a 24 hour wait for service. Would be a problem for someone who is unable to lift their door manually. My garage door and all parts were 20 years old so I have been anticipating an issue for some time. Technician Mike Danforth arrived at the scheduled time and provided two quotes. One to repair the spring and another to replace all parts and motor. I opted for the full repair knowing that other 20 year old parts were on borrowed time. Mike finished the job in short order and all functions (much quieter) are working fine. If all Precision’s employees are as courteous, professional and efficient as Mike then I have no problem recommending them for your garage door needs.
