A broken garage door is about as fun a root canal or a colonoscopy. One car is locked in the garage, the other car is locked out, it's a 100 degrees in the shade and it's 4 o'clock in the afternoon. What to do ? In short, after a few minutes on the internet, we call Precision Door Service. Not only did they send a service tech within the hour, they replaced both springs on my 30 year old 16' insulated door by 6 o'clock. Amazing. My technician, Chad, was very professional and extremely personable. He went over all the options and what items needed to be replaced, and why. After replacing the broken parts, he adjusted all of the door opener settings to insure that the door opened and closed correctly. The total price was reasonable and fair. To be sure, I will keep the name and number for Precision Door Service, as well as the name of the technician,Chad. A company is typically only as good as it's employees. This was a perfect example.
