I called them and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours. The Tech was friendly helpful and professional. All I needed was the springs on the door relaxed so I could make some structural repairs and he was done in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about their Tech.

I picked Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville because of an add in Mint Magazine but I will keep coming back because of Walter. He was very professional he was ti'm Lee and he didn't take advantage of me. I know nothing about garage doors he could have very easily sold me anything because I told him do whatever it takes to make it work. I called 3 different companies this was the only one that actually answered the phone and had someone knowledgeable enough to speak to me. They sent someone out the same day that I called which I thought was remarkable. They sent to gentlemen named Reggie and he was fantastic. He spotted what was wrong immediately and fixed it quickly. I did not realize that the door had jammed at the top. He fixed it in no time and I was not charged very much for the immediate response to my service request. I highly recommend this company.
