We had been happy with Precision in the past. Unfortunately our 24 year old door opener was beyond help as the control panel electronics had failed and it wouldn't have made sense to repair it, even if the parts were available. Andreu replaced the old unit with a new, much quieter (nearly silent!) and more efficient one. He was meticulous in his work and was a consummate professional in every way. The response to our request for service was amazing , less than 1 hour . The technician was great and did a beautiful job ! The only problem is the expense ! They charge heavy but I guess if u want quality then gotta pay for it !!!!

I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people. Harold arrived promptly to give us a quote on a new double garage door installation, and was very knowledgeable, answering my husband's many questions. Sean on the phone was helpful in answering some questions about wind speed and pressure, something we were unfamiliar with as new Florida coastal residents. My 2-car door was replaced by a "big-box store" when we bought the house about 11 years ago. It is a hurricane-rated door which is much heavier than the old one and the original springs were sacked! Also, some of the rollers were shot and the door had been very noisy from the day it was installed. Tommy called to see if it would be ok if he came about 40 minutes early (how often does that happen?). He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and a pro in every way. He did a complete overhaul on the door (new quiet nylon rollers, cables, pulleys, springs) as well as the broken trolley on our existing opener. The work was done quickly all of the old parts went into the service truck. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than when the door was new! I can't say enough about what a great experience this was thanks to Tommy and the folks in the office that scheduled the appointment. Did I mention that they provided same-day service? You can bet that when our old opener/motor needs to be replaced, I'll be on the phone to Precision!

Prompt, courteous, and outstanding service. Frank the technician called to alert us of his arrival time which was well within the appointment window. He repaired the door mechanism and replaced the broken extension spring system with a torsion spring setup which was more cost effective in the long run. He completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up meticulously. I would recommend Precision to friends.
