The Technician (Devin) couldn't have been more professional and efficient. I will be recommending you to others. We had a spring break. Precision came in the next day - great response! We bought a 31 year old house, and decided to expand the service. The tech, Tim, did a great job. Explained everything to my wife extremely well. The garage door now runs as smooth as silk. I will call on Precision for my future needs, but based on the work they did that maybe 10 years from now.

Excellence Service. Devon was here at time quoted and was very knowledgeable, neat, pleasant and professional. A new opener was installed within 2 hours and is working great. He advised that my door and springs need work & replacement also, but was able to do enough that I can use it fine for now. Good representative for company. Will definitely call back when I can have the other work done.

on 9-17-2015, I went to open my garage door not knowing a ladder was leaning against the railing. When the door met the ladder the damage happened. I tried to close door but made it worse. This was around 3:00pm. Panic set in. I remembered I got the "Mirror" magazine in the mail. Precision was the first Garage Repair ad I saw. Ad was nice, friendly and drew my attention. I called, explained this issue and I think your receptionist heard the panic in my voice. She set me up with a Tech to come to my house with-in the hour. She called back with-in 45 minutes to let me know "Bill" was on his way. Bill showed up and had my garage door fixed with-in a hour. He was extremely professional and friendly. He knew what he needed to do and did it. My garage is full of tools and wood and he had to work around some of the items that could not be moved because they were to close to the door. I can not tell you what Premier Customer Service to workmanship that was shown to me through out this time. I am a recent widow and I'm learning my way in the single world again. I work at Mayport Military Base and Customer Service is our #1 priority. Your company has a 5-STAR rating from me from first contact to finished results. I will be recommending your company to all I come in contact with. Very impressed. Later that night I looked through the Mirror and found quite a few Garage Door advertisements, and yours still was the best. Being the first ad in your industry to be seen in the Mirror was a smart business move.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed. I completed the online form for the company to contact me. From the minute Michelle contacted me (which was about 10 minutes from online submission) to the minute Jeremiah left my house I received the best customer service ever!. Michelle explained the products available for my needs and costs associated. Jeremiah called when he was on the way so I knew his exact ETA and he was on time and very professional. He let me know what to expect and how long the install would take. I also received a thorough tutorial on the best use of the garage door opener. I will recommend Precision to anyone. I was very pleased.

This is the second time I have used Precision and have been very happy with their service. I was lucky enough to have Tim both times. He is outstanding, professional and cares about his job. This time my sensors were out. What should have been a quick job took over an hour to complete. Tim used all of his skills to finally fine and fix the problem. Michael Gavandalli, the technician that performed the work on my door hardware, drive belt, and motor was awesome. He worked tirelessly in the heat of the closed garage. Everything on the door but the door and track was replaced. The motor, belt drive, wall switch were replaced. I even have an outside keypad which I've never had. Michael's expertise and professionalism showed no bounds. I cannot believe how quiet the door and opener are. Through Home Advisor.com is how I got in contact with Precision. I will definitely recommend and use Precision for all my future garage door needs.

My Technician was Tim. AJ was with him. I scheduled a door tune-up and roller replacement for my garage door. I wasn't expecting much improvement from the service - just regular maintenance. I was surprised that the door was very quiet after their service. My garage door has never been this quiet and I can't think of any door being this quiet. I should have done this service a long time ago. Tim was very informative and made sure that I understood what he did for the tune-up service and made some recommendations. Highly recommended!

I was given a two hour window, my technician arrived closer to the first hour which made me happy, he was polite and seemed very knowledgeable, he changed out my noisy rollers cleaned up after himself,took my payment and immediately emailed my receipt which included a suggestion of parts that will need to be replaced in the future, he was in and out and there was NO pressure. I'd recommend Precission Door Service.

Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door.
