Great service call exercised by Reginald! Very professional and technically savvy to quickly identify potential issues and state the best course of action. Purchased new eye sensors even though the ones were working. They are old and could potentially fail in the near future.

I called Precision because we have a Precision garage door opener. I was pleased that they came the same day and even earlier than promised. Hayden was professional and kind and solved the problem of the door not staying closed in just a few minutes. He also relubricated the joints, wheels and bar where the chain runs (sorry, I lack the proper terminology). Thanks for everything!!

I had two garage doors serviced within 3 hours of my initial call (I got very lucky with scheduling). Would recommend to everyone.

I am a repeat customer. I had a major problem with my garage door and got an appointment within 48 hours. They service men were running ahead of schedule and called and arrived an hour earlier. They were thorough, explained everything clearly and did not do a hard sell, but offered me choices for parts. The men were polite and hand working and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this service.
