I requested service for Tuesday since I would not be available on Monday and the customer service representative scheduled my appointment for the requested day from 0800 to 1000. Sean called at 0815, arrived a short time after that and completely analyzed the problem, provided a quote, and offered other options. Once I decided on the plan-of-attack he completed the work in under an hour, provided email receipts and was on his way. Perfect repair! I would use this company again.

The technicians are always on time and courteous, and the service fee is reasonable. Service people for other things in my home always comment on how quietly my garage door opens. Our technician called the same day I called for service and asked permission to come an hour earlier than we were scheduled. I was thrilled to be able to get on with my day. He rang the doorbell and spent time talking about what I wanted. I noticed he was clean cut,well groomed and polite. He spent time evaluating my existing system and made recommendations. He replaced my steel rollers with vinyl ones and I am happy. He left a sticker on my door and I will call again if issues arise in the future. Thank you precision door service.
