New belt drive opener and rollers were installed. Rob Owen did a great job. He is very professional and experienced in what he is doing. Install went perfectly, including the programming of openers in both of our cars. Door operation is now very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Previous satisfied customer brought me back when I had a part problem. Service the same day as I called, here on time and went right to work solving my problem. Came prepared. Inquired if I wanted a quote on a new door due to the age and previous problems. Gave me a ball park which is all I wanted at the time. When it's time for replacement, I will call Precision and continue to use them in the meantime when I have a need.

The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.

We are returning customers to Precision and we have never been disappointed. This time was to replace the backup battery. I called on Monday and they had someone out to replace it the next day. They also check everything else over while they are here. I like the fact that they send an email introducing the service person that will be coming out including his picture. Then they call when they are on the way and if for some reason they have to be late they let you know .

Had an excellent experience with Precision throughout the whole process. The technician who showed up for the estimate was polite, courteous, and thorough in providing information. Not pushy or impatient, at all. The products used are top notch (Amarr door and Linear opener) and their estimate provided a complete breakdown of everything provided. Precision was not the lowest price, but they instilled the most confidence in me, by far. When the installer showed up to put in the door, he did a cleaner installation in a few hours than I could have done in an entire weekend. Very clean, professional work. He also took the time to explain everything about the new door and opener and answer the questions that I had. So far, the door is working great and is exponentially quieter than the old wooden door and chain-drive opener it replaced. Glad I chose to go with Precision for my new garage door.

Garage Door would not open this morning-I called Precision Door before 8:00 am and had an appointment set for between 10 and 12 the same day. Service man called me before 10 and said he would be at my home by 10:45-he was there promptly and fixed the door and installed a new key pad opener for us. I've been using Precision Door for over 10 years and will never use another Garage Door Company. Precision Door is very professional, honest, on time and thorough. I was impressed that the service man that came out has been with Precision Door for 10 years!

My garage door was off the rails. Called Precision and set an appointment for the next day, Sunday Morning 8 - 10 AM. Michael called to say he was on his way and arrived at 7:50 AM. Very polite, assessed the situation and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Cleaned up and presented an invoice reminding me that Precision doesn't charge extra for weekend work. The charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Thank you
