Over the weekend I manually open my garage door and and noticed that there was resistance. I forced the door upward causing a roller to pop out. The garage door has been working fine up to the is point. I called you guys to come out and put the door back on the tracks and redo the tension. Also I wanted to purchase a garage door opener, and have the up and down limit adjusted. I received a quote for $500.00. I inspected the cables on the garage door and can take pictures of them to show there is no damage present. So I asked why where replacing the springs and they are not a problem. I’ve done this may time around 4, over the 15 years I have own the house. You have never been quoted this much. When I told the tech to call the office to explain my concerns he left and did not return.

Upon arrival he noticed that we were wearing a mask due to the COVID 19 and he placed his mask on with no hesitation which was appreciated. Reviews were good I was disappointed that they didn’t have the belt drive system I wanted but tech went over everything and they said they would call and set up another appointment when they get the parts in stock . Hope they get the parts soon . We’ll see if they follow through . Then I will up date the review.
