We chose Precision Garage Door Service after researching all other companies in the area. Reggie Davis was the technician assigned to us and we could not be more pleased. He was actually 10 minutes early for our appointment (after first calling us to say he would be early). We were very impressed with his knowledge and also his professional demeanor. He was neat and clean, finished the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, and then made sure we understood how everything he installed worked. We are so glad we chose Precision, and especially grateful for the excellent work Reggie did on our garage doors. We will definitely tell all of our friends and neighbors about this great company.

Not only was Precision prompt in responding to a call to replace our broken garage door opener, but they exceeded expectations in all areas: * Customer Service answered questions and provided options for new openers (with pricing and detailed pdf files) before the technicians arrived, allowing time to review. * Technicians (thank you Jeremiah and KB!) were prompt to the appointment, calling ahead with their ETA. Upon arrival, they were incredibly courteous, explained all options, and were very diligent in their work. I would highly recommend Precision; their great reputation is well earned!

With our previous garage door motor 25 years old Nate convinced us to replace it rather than patch the old one. He wasn't pushy but he presented a good case for replacing it. He seemed interested in reducing any future problems we might have. He is a real asset to your company. I appreciated his explaining everything before, during, and after the installation. We now have an extremely quiet and worry free garage door. Thank you and thank Nate for the quick response in resolving our garage door needs. Hope the new one lasts as long as our previous one and I hope I am still around to call Precision Door. That might be a little bit too optimistic on my calling you then. After all I am 80 years young/old. Ha!

I called Precision door on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Michael, our tech called to advise of his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed the problem (broken spring) and he explained the options that would address that and possible some other aging parts. He was prompt, professional, courteous, efficient and thorough with his work. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

I called Precision at 1:45 PM and was given an appointment for 4 PM to 6 PM. Technician arrived on time and was finished in 40 minutes. He was professional, explained everything that was going to be done and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism everyone I talked with at Precision and most of all what it cost me in repairs.

I called Precision because, my friend and I tried putting in my new garage door opener and everything when according to the directions but, something got jammed and the opner wouldn't move up and down so i decided to call precision thinking we royally screwed things up. The technician that came out to my home was Tim Van Vuren. When he walked into the garage and hit the garage up and down button, the opener just hum. Tim said we're going to have to take all of this down take it apart and put it back up... What he actually did was tighten 4 bolts that didn't need yo be tighten but, i guess he was trying to kill time. He shorten the brackets that held the unit, he put in the new sensor, 8 staples and loosen something on the motor. This took less than 15 min and this man wanted to charge me the full $ 200.00 for an actually full installation and wiring. I had Tim call his office because, he was trying to pull one over on me because, I'm a woman. Little did he know, I'm a woman whose mechanically knowledge. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone... PLEASE BE AWARE... THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

I was totally amazed at the professionalism and speed which george worked with. This company is my go to garage pros as of today . I called another company and they said " we can come tomorrow" , but what about all my valuable equipment? I said never, I'm calling precision. The price didn't gut my wallet either!! Great service, explanation, and information regarding the repair ony garage. Very helpful with educating me on the type of garage and materials used as well as recommendations for a better long term solution. Also was flexible with us being late to arrive at our house after the scheduled time due to our kids football game. Would highly recommend the two technicians and Precision to friends and neighbors. My wife referred someone else from our neighborhood to Precision just a few minutes after the technicians left our house.
