My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

I am a returning customer. I bought a brand new home in 2019 and it only took a few opening & closing of the new doors to make me miss the Precision system that I left behind at my former home. It’s not a gimmick, their system is as quiet as they say! Tim was my technician for this first visit at the new home and he was exceptional! Great service from start to finish!

We sent an email at 7:30 in the morning requesting service for the needed repairs. At 9:00 we received a call scheduling an appointment. By 10:30 that morning the two technicians had arrived and by noon all of the work had been done. Hayden and Chad kept me informed on what they were doing, what my options were and the benefits of each option. We were extremely pleased with their work.
