Our technician called the same day I called for service and asked permission to come an hour earlier than we were scheduled. I was thrilled to be able to get on with my day. He rang the doorbell and spent time talking about what I wanted. I noticed he was clean cut,well groomed and polite. He spent time evaluating my existing system and made recommendations. He replaced my steel rollers with vinyl ones and I am happy. He left a sticker on my door and I will call again if issues arise in the future. Thank you precision door service.

I purchased my garage door opener, spring, etc., from Precision 8 years ago, and I have them service it every year. The technicians are always on time and courteous, and the service fee is reasonable. Service people for other things in my home always comment on how quietly my garage door opens.
