Quick, fast and knowledgeable technicians. We had used this company before in Richmond, VA and had recognized the name after moving to Florida. Bought a new house and had problems with the garage door opener remotes after using them for only two years. Simple repair, but timely response. Completely satisfied with your installation and follow-up service. Jeremiah performed our initial install and was extremely professional and courteous, leaving no mess and fully detailing door operation and expectations. I required a follow-up visit and received same-day service. Jeremiah happened to be nearby and was able to address my issue by adding some additional lag bolts. Very impressed on both occasions.

I called Prcision on Monday Morning about 9 am. I was told that a technician would call from 12 - 2 pm. I was called at 12:20 pm. AJ arrived at 12:40 and began work. AJ is a very professional & dedicated employee, he answered all my questions and had my garage door working like new at a very good price. An excellent job by two techicians who cooperated well to complete a major repair and replacment of two large door openers. They didn't have a special rail which one of my doors required, and rather than delay the repairs waiting for the part, the owner, Mr. Sheppard, delivered it to my door as the work progressed. Good teamwork!

The spring on our garage door broke so I called Precision Door and they were able to come out that same day. Richard and Michael were polite and knowledgeable when explaining my options. I decided, at that time, to just have the spring replaced but asked for an estimate for a new door as our existing one is over 27 years old. I appreciated their professionalism and will use Precision Door for all of my future garage door needs.

I requested service for Tuesday since I would not be available on Monday and the customer service representative scheduled my appointment for the requested day from 0800 to 1000. Sean called at 0815, arrived a short time after that and completely analyzed the problem, provided a quote, and offered other options. Once I decided on the plan-of-attack he completed the work in under an hour, provided email receipts and was on his way. Perfect repair! I would use this company again.
