We had a new spring installed on our existing garage door. The technician was thorough and efficient! We called for the repair and the technician came out the next day. We were very pleased with the quickness and performance! And we're also pleased with the operator when we called for the service.

Jason, Last evening,12/29, our garage door failed to operate, I called your Jax office this morning at 9:00 AM to request service. I was immediately scheduled for 12-2 visit, however, Reggie called to see if he could come over an hour earlier. This was great. He was quick, efficient, professional and very much appreciated. Thank you.

The local "MONEY" magazine had a nice add that caught my attention AND I needed a garage door. The staff was nice when I called to make an "estimate" appointment and your technician not only showed up right on time but he fully explained my options AND was able to install everything right then. Great customer service.

Very good experience all the way around. Took my call at 8 pm, set appointment for next morning, tech called in advance, arrived on time, gracefully negotiated and destroyed my suspicions, and made a quick, fairly priced and professional repair. would recommend.

Precision Garage Door has been our choice ever since we made the wrong choice years ago having someone else install a new overhead door on the 25 year old house we bought in 2003. It didn't work smoothly and was noisy. Precision fixed all that then years later when the spring gave out they were Johnny on the spot. We wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for our garage door. Today it just needed some lubrication but we have a hard time doing that kind of stuff now and he was here as scheduled and kindly did it all for us. Thank you very much.

The technician was unable to fix the issue. He said that the spindle is not rotating. I contacted LiftMaster. They are shipping me a new motor. When it arrives can your technician come back and replace the motor?
Mr. Ahmed, It sounds like our technician did a good job at diagnosing the issue and steered you in the right direction to getting this resolved. I apologize that we only earned a 3 star rating, as I am sure that you can understand, we are not able to warranty a product that another dealer installed. Once you receive the part, you can schedule to have us install the part and will only be charged the labor for our time to come to your home and install. Thank you!

I had a spring break, trapping two cars in my garage. I called Precision and within an hour and a half I had a technician on site, 45 minutes later I had a fully functioning garage door. My technician, Nate Lewis , knew his business and was very efficient and professional. Thank you Precision for making the repair in such a timely fashion at a fair price.

Excellent job. Do you know the owners name of OD orange Park??? He never sent me the paperwork for the work he performed. I dislike being treated like that by a person who takes advantage of elders and veterans.

Your worker, Robert Garcia, was polite, very informative, and super-efficient. I had a broken spring, and the door squeaked and groaned before it broke the spring. After Robert got done, the door was whisper-quiet. It was like it was new. I am very impressed.
