Tim was a great rep who was knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and was able to answer all questions I had. His trainee was also very good and personable and was an excellent worker. I would definitely recommend Precision to others and give a 5 star recommendation. Was a little pricey but is all top of the line.

I was searching Google for a company to fix my garage door issues, when I saw your commercial on Channel 4. The appointment was made a couple of hours later and the technician (Alan Harp) was even early. Although he gave me a lot of bad news, he was patient enough to allow me and my wife to discuss and decide on the proper course of action. When it was time to work, he attacked the job and was finished in no time. He even made sure to do a good clean up when he finished. I can't thank Alan enough for his professionalism and patience, allowing us to gather ourselves as we had a major decision to make in a short period of time

I called the company about acquiring a second remote for the 2nd of 3 garage doors as well as to perform maintenance on the three doors. I had a issue with programming of a new vehicle and my remote just quit working. I had tried to do my own service and gave up and called Precision. They came the same day. Frank, my tech, sorted thru the problem and solved my programming issues. While there did some maintenance on my chain drive and roller bearings. Sold me and programmed a new hand held remote and keypad. He was courteous, professional and a great problem solver.
