The tech, Wesley Texas was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain what was needed and what he would do and answered all my questions fully. At the end of his work, he gave a thorough overview and hints on maintenance. In installing a new opener for me, he cared to check and make sure all other components of the door system are secured and in good operating conditions. I felt totally comfortable when he left, knowing that I have made a good investment in my home.

My son actually arranged for the service and it was scheduled between 4-6pm, 23April; tech called for an earlier time and that worked out even better. Our garage door had been acting up for a little while and finally it just died on us last night. I knew it wasn't good when I saw some pieces flying off of it and knew that it was going to be to much for me to even consider trying to work on it. I had heard some good things about Precision Garage Doors from some neighbors and called them the next morning. Wow, got an appointment for that afternoon and the Service Tech Tim Van Vuren and his asst were on time, explained what they were going inspect and give me options on what the issue is and what is needed. Well they went at it after I told them what little I could tell them that had happened. They diagnosed the problem, we decided how to correct the problem as a team and the went to work to fix the problems. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and went over everything that was done to correct our issue, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone whom needs service or a new garage door installed or repaired. OH and I would request Tim & his assistant !

I just had a new garage door opener installed today. Allen was my tech and he did an amazing job. He did not even take an hour and he replaced the spring as well. He was very personable and professional. He explained things in laymen’s terms so I could understand. I would highly recommend this business for your garage door needs. Recommended by a neighbor, each employee I interfaced with was professional, polite and informative. Chris has someone contact me and set a time to respond that was on the money. Mike came out and gave me a full explanation of what was needed, what my options were for the repair, with associated costs and expected time frames. Within the hour, the door was reset and new order placed. Exceptional service which I expect will continue thru the new installation. Great job by all.

Tim did a good job in explaining what was wrong with my garage door coming down with a bang and said I needed a new opener, which now is just not feasible. I asked him a few more questions and discovered one of the parts that makes the door go up, could really be replaced and would give me some time to get the new opener. I was satisfied with the work Tim did and will get back to Precision when I need to.
