Your technician was excellent. he arrived early and worked quickly and competently. He installed the new opener and remotes quickly and everything works perfectly. He then took the time to explain what he had done. He even wrote down instructions for oiling the hinges, etc. in four months. Then he showed me what had to be oiled. I will recommend your company and will be a repeat customer.

Fast, friendly, and excellent service provided! Kole was professional, knowledgeable, and explained all repairs needed. He even did a thorough assessment of the garage door too! My service was scheduled between 12 and 2, but Kole called just before noon to inform me that he would be arriving at approximately 12:15. I will only call Precision for any garage door needs! Frank Cassidy did an excellent job on our garage door tune-up and roller replacement. He was fast and very thorough. He called in advance of arriving to let us know when he would arrive and he arrived well within the time window given to us. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as we purchased our garage door opener from them and they have performed tune-up services for us before and since that time. Our garage door opener and peripheral equipment all work well and the door is very quiet.

I needed a new garage door and opener. Called Precision since I had seen your commercials and I live near you. You took my call on Saturday which was great. Service call to check the door was prompt and technician was very courteous and knowledgable. Garage door and opener were replaced in two days by two great technicians. Only took them a couple of hours. They were both great guys and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the work they did and they even cleaned up afterward. I wish the price was a little higher than I expected but I understand how costs are rising and that garage doors are sometimes hard to get. I will be calling you again for anything I may need in the future.

Frank was the wonderful technician that serviced my garage door. He has 10+ years with the company so extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a townhouse that is just over a year old. However, the bottom roller on the left side of the door kept jumping the track making the door inoperable. Frank quickly assessed the problem. Original rollers were hard rubber which were basically garbage. He explained they were scooting along the track instead of rolling. New nylon rollers were installed in a matter of minutes and door is rolling along smoothly. Excellent service and I greatly appreciate that he took time to show me and explain just what was causing the problem. He also gave me a heads up as to what to expect from the cheap spring the builder had installed. Will definitely be using Precision for any future garage door needs.

We chose Precision based on the ratings and testimonies of other customers. We called at 10:00 am to have our broken garage door springs replaced and we had a technician at our house at 12 noon. Replaced both springs at my request and the job was completed prior to 1:00pm. Phillips Jeremiah was our service technician. He was pleasant, respectful and very efficient. We received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival that he would be here at noon and he was right on time. Additionally the cost to perform the spring replacement was extremely reasonable. When choosing Precision you can feel confident that the job will be well done. I give Precision a 5 Star rating. They are the very Best of the Best.
