The service was practically immediate! From the time I made the call to the arrival of the technician was within an hour, to replace a broken spring. I had been contemplating upgrading the almost 19 year garage door opener for a couple of years. The product was on the truck and installed in a timely and professional manner. The tech was very knowledgeable about the product(s).

I called this am and got an appt for today. The tech Michael called me and said he could come early if I wanted. From the minute he arrived his knowledge and professionalism was such a welcome change. Most of the time I deal with rude and condescending techs. Michael was polite and very nice. I needed a new bottom seal on my garage door. Wes, the service technician, was ahead of schedule and called and asked if he could arrive an hour before my scheduled appointment. That was a plus for me. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained the entire process from beginning to end. He is definitely a keeper. Highly recommended

I was having a wifi problem with my garage door opener. I was out of town and needed it to be fixed asap. I called Precision and they sent Reggie out to install a new opener. Within 1-1/2 hours of my call, my opener was installed and I am very, very happy. I'm just tickled with my new opener, remotes and keypad. Great job Reggie.

It was a great service experience from start to finish. My garage door needed repair after hitting an object. I was able to get in touch with someone on a Sunday afternoon. The scheduler quickly pulled up my information and booked an appointment for 12 to 2 the next day. The tech came out right on time. He was very polite and helpful, and he identified the problem immediately. He explained that it would be a quick fix - and it was. Done in 20 minutes! He further explained nuances of the door opener motor and verified mine was in decent shape and what to look for in terms of its future expectancy. The price was very reasonable for getting such fast and quality work. Thank you Precision!
