We called and got an appointment when we called for the same day. The technician was very friendly and looked at my old system to see if it was repairable. It was not so he was able not install a new one immediately. He was fast and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. There are many Garage door repair companies in Jacksonville, FL, but this Company Reigns above them all. I gave them a call on the phone and not 30 minutes later they showed up at my home. Same day service! She gave me a quote over the phone. The Technician gave the same quote at my home. The Tech, went over the complete breakdown and estimate. They also have a great warranty with their work. The Technician was done in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, very respectful and kind. Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.

We called this morning to setup an appointment to have the garage door checked over as it had started to make noises. A service tech, Conor, was able to come out the same afternoon. Conor was a true professional. He listened to our concerns and then looked everything over. He replaced the old rollers with new nylon rollers at a competitive price. He lubricated everything. We now have a smooth, quiet door! He pointed out that in the near future the next thing we maybe looking to consider was changing the cable pulley bearings. So we asked for an estimate which he gave us. We will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Nic was very informative, kind, thoughtful and professional. He lubricated my doors made proper adjustments and showed operation and maintenance. He even showed me the type of battery in my remotes. I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.
