I had a Preision garage door installed in 2013 and had my first sercvice call today. The wall mount remote was failing...probably due to me pushing the button too hard. I believe me service man was named Hadden, I beliefe, was outstanding, friendly, polite, competent and thorough. He gets 10 stars from me.

We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. He first had tried to replace the 9 volt battery with no success. I was very impressed with Connor's knowledge of the garage door system He is a very personable and a professional young man. I was highly pleased with my service from Precession Door and would recommend them to my friends.

24 hours from old and junky to new and quiet! My garage door open died pretty sudden death on a Saturday afternoon. My friend recommended Precision so I went online, booked a replacement opener for Sunday and within 24 hours, my garage door was better than ever. Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.
