We were recommended to your company by a friend who had repairs done, but we needed total door replacement. Mark, your sales rep called on us and explained everything needed and involved. He was knowledgeable and answered the few questions that we had. Then Franklin came for the installation, the same day and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new garage door and the entire experience and will not hesitate to recommend your company. Thank you.

I am a long-standing customer with Precision Garage Door service. Recently my garage door was moving erratically when in use. Precision sent technician Tim who investigated the problem and offered 2 options: a repair vs new door. After reviewing both options and discussing with Tim, I decided a repair was in order. Tim worked diligently and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I will continue with as a customer with Precision because the team is not only knowledgeable, but the company stands behind its' work. Tim is a great asset to your company.

Riley came yesterday and did a great job explaining everything and doing a temporary repair on the door. Dan and his workmate(sorry, didn’t catch his name) came on time this morning and installed a new garage door. It looks great, they were polite and cleaned everything up very well. I am very pleased with the overall service from the lady that took the phone call to all three workers. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door is the best! I'm more of a "proactive maintenance" person... so I have the technicians come out once a year to keep things running smoothly... Everyone at Precision is great: responsible, friendly, professional, and they keep me and my garage doors happy and running smoothly!

BBB excellent rating. Immediate response to my call, timely arrival. Immediate analysis, accurate pricing available. All needed materials were on the truck, technician performed all repairs on the spot. Door looks better than before, works perfectly. Saved me the cost of a new overhead door. Technician was very professional, explained things well, courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend.

Incredibly customer responsive & efficient. Technician was outstanding and informative. I, do have to pass on, I had a little bit of sticker shock on the cost. It’s been a while since I’ve needed a repair/replacement and so I guess it’s like everything else in the world and things simply cost more. Still went ahead and I’m more than happy with the results. Highly recommend them for quality and trustworthy service.

OUR MECHANIC REMEMBERED US FROM HIS LAST VISIT WHERE HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO LUBRICATE THEM. WHEN HE CAME TODAY, THE DOOR HAD BEEN MAKING POPPING NOISES FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS OFF AND ON. HE FOUND THE ISSUE, EXPLAINED TO US THE FIX, THEN OFFERED AN ESTIMATE ON EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR THE DOOR TO OPERATE QUIETLY. WHEN HE COMPLETED THE REPAIR, HE GAVE US A COPY OF THE BILL, NICE EFFICIENT GUY. KAILIN IS GREAT!

Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price....over $2000.

Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Thanks to the Precision team!

Primary issue were panels buckling when opening & closing garage door. Spring, rollers & hinges were replaced as well as adding strut to support the panels. Kyle did a great job, was very friendly and always informing me well about what was going on.

I chose Precision Garage Door to address the noisy, vibrating and struggling Linear opener. Drew called to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. I explained my concerns and left him to evaluate the current opener/springs. Drew explained what he found and the options. We came to an agreement and let him go to work. When he finished it was awesome how well it sounded and operated! Could not be happier. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for repair work!

Westley Bell

My technician Josh Abbott was very professional and courteous. I would recommend.

Cameron Hitchman

Drew was extremely helpful and thorough with figuring out what was the problem with my garage door. Total time was only 2 hours from showing up to being done, having installed new pulleys, cables and springs. Could not recommend Drew and Precision enough. 5/5!
