I had used Percision Door in the past. This time was a bit more ergent, as the door broke on the way down and was unable to get the car out. It was very easy to make an appointment on line. I had an appointment for between 8-10AM. Cameron my technician called to let me know he was on his way at 7:45. He was so kind and polite, very professional and knew right away what the issue was. Gave me an estimate before doing any work so there was no surprise at the end, Precision Door you should be greatful to have such a wonderful employee as Cameron. Thank You Cameron

We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!
