Initially, I had a new door installed and received excellent service. After about three weeks I began having problems with the garage motor overhead which I did not have replaced when I installed the garage door. I called them about 6p one night because I couldn't let the door down. Unfortunately on that night we were having a furious storm. However, Precision Doors still came out and installed a new motor in about an hour. I haven't had any problems since that time.

Mr Tommy Gatlin called 15 minutes before coming in, as was expected. He was very professional and gave all options and charges for service of my garage door and motor including new door and motor replacement. We have used you previously for our home in Deerwood. This service call was for an investment property we have acquired.The response time was excellent and Jon did an outstanding job, fixing the issue in a short time. He did a good job in trying to up-sell a new door but didn't pressure when I told him we will be waiting until we put new siding on the house. Over all a very good job.
