Your technician Chris came out on Saturday night and fixed the broken door (in the rain): he was cheerful, professional, and knew what he was doing. We were so pleased with the prompt service, are very happy with the work performed and the warranty offered.

Late Friday afternoon our garage door broke and we couldn't close it. I called Precision and they said they would be out to repair it that evening. We even had a $15 coupon to use. Jason and Travis arrived and fixed the problem in a courteous and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Dear Precision, My sincere thanks for sending Chris to our home to service our garage door. Chris was very profession, sharing the history behind Precision and demonstrating his passion for what he do. My rating for Precision based on Chris performance and the products received is a 4.5. Rating of a 5 was not given solely because there were no literature left for future references if I want to upgrade my garage door. Although Chris stated Precision is working to make the service call more informative after the work is done; Chris did advise Precision website is always updating new service and products. More so, thanks for recognizing Military personnel with a discount. Lastly, knowing if any question or concerns about the service performed on our garage Precision will be right there for us sends the rating really to a 5. Thanks again, Pamela

Chris McBee and Anthony responded to my call about the problem of our garage door intermittently failing to close properly. Both men were very professional in appearance and were very knowledgeable about the operation of my particular door. Chris quickly identified the cause of the problem as well as some other potential safety issues that had been overlooked by the home builder during initial installation of the door. After receiving clearance from me to correct the deficiencies, both Chris and Anthony immediately went to work and within a very short time restored the door to a safe and efficient operation. Precision Garage Door Service can be very proud of these two employees and the professional manner in which they performed their jobs.

Frank explained everything in detail and compared costs to fix or replace. The new motor is quieter than a library. Frank and the company deserve 5 stars in my book.

Chris was great. The job involved more than expected, but he was ready with all needed parts. Very professional; he explained the need for the new parts. When he finished, he reset our door opener and ran a thorough test. Also this was an emergency service call and the response time was excellent. 5 stars for Chris and Precision Doors!

I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year. This is the first time I have used Precision, but I would recommend your company. Thanks!

We had a great expierence with Chris. He showed up at the time frame we wanted and was very personable. Our door was in pretty rough shape and he fixed it as good as new. He was very open and honest to what needed to be done, and it did not take much time. We couldn't have had a better exp. Thank you!

This was the second time Chris came to repair a garage door for me. Both times he was prompt and efficient. The first repair was a large one which he handled very well. Chris explained to me what he was doing and why. The second repair was very simple. Chris diagnosed it on the phone with me. When he arrived the problem was exactly what he said. Chris fixed it very quickly

We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren't even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly. We were so happy that when a neighbor had trouble with their garage door, we recommended Precision (and Chris in particular) without hesitation. And we'll keep right on telling everyone we know what a great job Precision does for their customers!

Appointment time was sooner than expected and installer was on time and even called to let us know he was on his way. Gave us a quote before starting the job and completed the work in a very professional manner. Frank even reprogrammed our cars with the new garage door opener. Would definitely use Precision again.

Chris provided excellent service. He arrived early and was friendly and professional. I had to make a follow up call to Chris for a minor adjustment. He was very helpful but was now working out of my area. He sent Frank and he showed up in less than 30 minutes and made the adjustment. Frank's service was also outstanding in every way. I have already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors. THANKS!

OMG!!!! All I can say is that Frank is the BEST!!!! He showed up on time and he explained to me what I needed replaced and what the cost would be. Once we established all that info he got right to the repairing of the 2 door springs that had broken and it only took him like 10 minutes or so. He explained how long the springs typically last and it was indeed right around the time for ours to be replaced. He also checked the wires to make sure they were in tack. I for one knew nothing about garage doors except of how to open and close them with a REMOTE I might add! LOL!! Overall Frank did an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL JOB!! Thank You Frank!! YOU ROCK!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I am extremely pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. By coincidence, our old garage door opener broke while our bathroom contractor was working in the house. He recommended Precision, and I took that referral based on my excellent experience with that contractor alone. I had not heard of Precision prior to this referral, but my experience with them earned them FIVE STARS; I would recommend them to anyone. The assigned technician was very professional. Mr. Shawn Smith arrived for the appointment exactly on time. He was very methodical in figuring out what had happened, and used a checklist to go over the condition of the equipment with me. After explaining the most likely cause of the failure, he made an appointment for the next day to replace the springs, balance the door and install a new garage door opener. Once again, he was exactly on time. His work was outstanding and especially clean, using existing holes and wiring as much as possible. It looks like an original install rather than a repair/replacement. In addition to being highly professional, Mr. Smith was also very pleasant to deal with. I especially appreciated the upfront explanation of the costs for the services and equipment. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Precision demonstrated great technical expertise and high standards of customer service; I will not hesitate to call on them again.
