I was pleased with the same day service, this was unexpected but much appreciated. I was apprehensive because I was unsure of how bad the damage was and what type of quote I was looking at. Sean, the technician, arrived when he said he would and professionally walked me through his analysis of the damage and estimate for repairs. Precision is up to date with current technology making paperwork painless and eco-friendly. The work was done steadily and professionally. I called Precision at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and Sean had the door fixed with a complete repair by approximately 7pm.

Sean came out to fix a broken spring on my garage door and subsequently additional parts on the door that were worn down and/or damaged by the spring breaking. He was very professional, explained in detail all that he was doing, and did a great job. Very pleased with the service that was given today.

Our garage door became inoperative this morning. Upon returning from a doctors appointment late this Afternoon we noticed one of your trucks in our neighborhood and called the number given. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a service technician would call on me this evening. He called an hour later to tell me be was on the way. We decided on what we wanted repaired following the suggestions by our technician. Our springs, rollers, and pulleys were replaced with lifetime warranties. All was handled quickly and professionally.

I choose to go with you primarily because I saw the BBB Seal in the local Home Magazine featured in your company's advertisement. Additionally, the service representative was very polite and professional, and although he initially tried to sell me a new upgraded version to the LINEAR builders grade unit that I have, he listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it... not a new setup, but to replace the defective components of my existing LINEAR unit... which he did. I was very comfortable and satisfied that he was meeting my exact needs and at a resonable and affordable price. Thank you PRECISION!

Very happy with the professionalism of the entire organization. From the initial contact with scheduling to the the prompt and knowledgeable technician Frank Cassidy. Wasn't sold or up charged for any additional services. Follow up phone call and e-mail was unexpected but very much appreciated. This level of customer service is rare these days. Price was very reasonable. However, price should never be the only factor when selecting a skilled craftsmen.

Your drug and background test of employees is a must in todays world. I had a garage door opener replaced as well as springs, cables, rollers, drums and end bearing plates. My garage door was also balanced. The technician was in and out in one hour. I was also informed by e-mail who was coming. I was also able to access his photo on line. He knew his job and showed me defects on my garage door that I was not aware of. Excellent repair work, I will call agan, when I need you.

The tech assigned (Chris McBee) arrived as scheduled. Chris gave me a variety of options that is within our budget. Opted on having the carriage replaced (screw drive) and springs. Job was done in a professional manner and completed within the hours alloted. Chris was very professional, explaining what are the "must" repairs that needs to be done and what needs to be planned for future work/replacement and estimate cost. Great work.

I have a noisy door and found a coupon for nylon rollers hoping this would solve my problem. The nice gentleman who came explained to me that it would not but did find some other issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and honest with his explanations. And he was right, my door is not any quieter but it does run smoother. But it does now have a loud pop on the first opening of the day that it did not have before. I assume this must have something to do with the spring but it is working ok.
