Frank called prior to the scheduled time to indicate he was on the way, which was great for me. He explained what it would take to repair my opener and the approximate time it would take to get the part. He further gave me information as to what it would cost to take care of all my needs with a new opener. I elected to have a new opener installed. Frank was not pushy and he completed the job in a timely manner. After the work was completed he explained the operation of the opener and all of the buttons. Frank did a good job.

My service call originated as a spring replacement, but there were bigger problems. The spring was stressed due to cables, rollers, spring bar, etc. Travis came out same day service and evaluated the mechanism. With great patience and the heart of a teacher, he explained to me (so I could understand it well enough to explain it to my husband) what truly needed to be repaired. The workmanship was quick, professional and the materials used were of great quality. The door works better than it ever did before and I did not know it could be so quiet! I chose your company by looking on line and was very pleased with my choice. Tim was a great technician and was very pleasant. He did a great job of installing my new door opener and replaced the springs and rollers as well and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He explained all the features to me and finished the job in a timely manner. I was impressed that he cleaned up all the mess from the old one that was removed as I have had many services in the past that have left there mess behind.I would definetly recommend your company and would tell them to ask for Tim as their technician.

Travis was the man and he was polite and too the point when he told me what needed to be done. The cost was more than I had expected and he was very good in explaining what would be the best fix. He immediately went to work and changed every thing out, springs and all, and did it in a very professional manner. I appreciate his confidence and his manner. I couldn't be any happier with the service. Our garage door opener decided on a Friday evening to quit working properly. I called Precision on Saturday afternoon and they answered! No voicemails to leave, no recordings and they said a tech could be there Sunday morning! There was no charge for it being the weekend either. Frank came out and looked at our opener, gave me a quote to fix it and a quote to replace it. In the end it was just better to replace it. And now, not only does it work correctly, but it is 1000x quieter! It also only took about an hour to replace which was great! Throughout the whole thing Frank explained everything and made sure I understood the problems. I would 100% recommend both Frank and Precision to anyone with a garage door problem. :D

Sean explained what our problem was with the existing springs which were too small for the door. We purchases the 10 year rebuild package. It took three attempts to get the correct ones to balance the door. Sean was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.

Chris arrived on time after I asked him for a 30 minute delay with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Garage door fixed in no time and tune-up done free of charge without asking. A tune-up normally is $45. I found Precision in the Mint Magazine and called for an estimate that I would have to get done later. I was pleasantly surprised by the bargain price and great job. What a wonderful surprise to find that I didn't have to wait for any ordering of parts to fix my squeaky door...and it took less than an hour! Is great to finally have a garage door that opens without fear of it falling off the track! My garage door broke late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I did some research and began to call several garage door companies which included some major names. I either did not get an answer or was told I would be contacted later. I came upon Precision while again searching the web. I called not expecting an answer and someone answered. After explaining my problem, I was told that someone would come to my home in the morning (Sunday) to check on my problem. I checked the Better business Bureau and the reviews about the company which were A+. Tim arrived on time. He looked at my door and we discussed options. He was knowledgable and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into anything. He I discussed the best option which was to replace my door and motor. He told me that they could have someone out on Tuesday to replace the door. I asked him if it would be possible to have it done the next day (Monday) because I was off from work but would have to go back on Tuesday. He made a call and set it up for Monday. Monday morning on time, Frank Cassidy arrived in uniform and driving a company truck with the company logo. After introductions and letting me know what the game plan was, he began to go to work. From time to time, I would stick my head out and ask a question. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction spending time to make sure I was satisfied. In no time, he was finished. The old door,tracks and mess were gone. I went into the garage where Frank took time to explain the operation of the door, interior opener and remotes. He also assisted me in setting the code for the exterior opener. He had me open and close the door to make sure I was comfortable, which I was. I thought this would be a big deal which it was, but the guys at Precision made the experience seen effortless. I will have no problem recommending Precision to anyone. Thanks to all involved.

He also explained the use of a bracket that was in the garage when the house was purchased but never knew what its purpose was. He informed us about the garage door motor as well. Technician on original service call was very friendly, professional and explained in detail what our garage door problem was. Turned out we needed a new door installed; he called to check on availability and confirmed the new door was in stock and would be delivered and installed in 3 days. We also decided to replace the existing opener for better results, and a long life to both. WE LOVE OUR NEW DOOR! Can barely hear it open/close. Am sure our neighbors appreciate it as well! I had my garage door refurbished in December 2012 and was very happy with the work done. It is now July the door 2013 and the door wouldn't close properly. Travis Ford made a service call and found that the eye sensors were not in alignment. He made a quick adjustment and presto the garage door was working again. I am very pleased. Thank You so much.

Tim came out and did a great job.He ended up replacing the spring/drum/cable rollers and in about a 1/10th of the time I could have done it and he did it right. He spent a fair amount of time educating me and showing me the various options for repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for the great job.
