when the tech got here everything worked he did a check and could not find anything wrong. i came home just now and it would not open. i did the release and opened the door now it works fine it apears there is a short somewhere
Thank you for the feedback. I believe that the problem has been addressed. Unfortunately, when there is a short it can be a little tricky to find. When we are there and everything is working properly, the only thing we can do is double check all the connections and wiring. Please let us know if you have any future issues. Gil arrived early in the time window despite the inclement weather - I explained that water from a leak upstairs had gotten into the garage door opener. He had a new circuit board on the truck, changed it expertly, lubricated the tracks and rollers and helped me reprogram the remote and keypad. Aces.

First got say how nice the notice of tech knowing an seeing pic of who's coming over.Cause then I'm not nervous about my girl being home if I'm not. 2nd tech came over walked me through the problem an maybe future problems.
