I called because my garage door was very noisy while opening/closing. Chad arrived early, explained the mechanics of the garage door and gave me options on what could be done. The source of the noise was the chain on the garage door and the springs. He changed out the garage door opener and springs, added an outdoor keypad then explained how everything worked. I am very pleased to say my garage door now opens quietly and has a lifetime guarantee!!

It was surprising to have had such quality service as well as outstanding integrety from this company. I called this company to replace a wall garage door opener and in just a few hours the service technician was standing at my front door to my amazement. Not only did he replace the opener, but tightened the loose bolts in the garage door itself to insure that it was safe. The cost was very reasonable for the time he spent here. upon opening the garage door today,i discovered it was broken i knew the company we normally use was close on the weekend so idid a google search and found precision door and was scheduled an appointment between 6-8,well chad called me and said he could come right away,great!!! well he informed me the spring was broken and also the bearings needed to be replace he informed me of everything gave me my options,he did the work and made sure i was happy in every way he even set the opener in my new car for me,i am so happy i made that call to precision garage doors and didn't have to wait until monday!

I used Precision to replace the springs because they were recommended by a friend. Justin came out and he was very professional and courteous. He called prior to his arrival and completed the job very fast. Then not even a month later I had some other issues with the door and motor. Justin came out again and replaced the motor. Once again he showed up on time and called prior to his arrival. He replaced the motor with a top quality one that was way better than the cheap crap the contractor put in. He discovered some other issues with the garage door (cracks in the center) and wheels up top on the door (broken) and recommended that I replace the whole door and get a complete new setup. I took his advice and paid a little extra money for the new setup instead of spending the money just to replace the wheels and had them come out and replace everything (which I was very glad I did). Dan was the technician that day and once again he called prior to his arrival and was very professional and courteous. All the work every time was done very fast and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I love my new setup now and wished I would have done it a long time ago. There is no comparison to my old door and motor that was originally put in by the contractor. I cant even hear the door open and close now because it is so quiet. I was always worried that my old door and motor was going to fall apart, but not with the new one. I cant tell you how happy I am with the work, equipment, and employees that came out. I am a business owner myself and would definitely hire these guys to work for me. They both went out of their way to help me out. I will definitely recommended Precision to everyone that needs garage door repair work.

Garage door spring broke trapping the car in the garage. Precision sent someone out within about 2 hours of calling on a Sunday. Shaun did a full analysis of the garage door in case the spring breakage was due to an addition problem. He was very helpful explaining the state of the door (it's old) and options for repair and packages available for our situation. Had the door fixed within an hour (even repaired a dodgy sensor). Also explained how to lubricate and test the door before he left. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called at 8 AM and was setup with a 12 PM appointment on the same day (prompt service)to have new rollers installed and a general tune up. I don't usually give 'shoutouts" but technician HAROLD WILLIAMS did an awesome job servicing my noisy garage door. He advised me without hesitation that the bottom seal that was recently installed by another company wasn't the best it could be. I decided to have the repair done (correctly) per his observation and it was an immediate improvement. It was refreshing to deal with an honest and professional company.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Frank came out as planned, tested my garage door opener and explained everything to me. I decided to replace my eight year-old opener. He was able to install it on the spot, having all the new parts on the truck. He took all the old equipment away.
