I have heard good things about Presicion, so I decided TO TRY THEM. The young man that did the work of replacing the springs and rollers and doing some adjustments was very very nice and did an excellent job.Would recoment Precision to anyone.

A metal component near a vertical hinge had rusted through. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. The Precision technician, Drew, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and informed me that it could be repaired. At my request he also provided me with estimates to replace the entire door and the garage door opener. I elected to repair the door at this time and Drew did an excellent job. I would add that Drew was courteous, efficient and fully explained the repair to me. I would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.

We had the backup battery replaced. The technician also inspected the system and noted the condition of some of the rollers. So, we decided to have them all replaced. The technician was professional and friendly. Excellent work!

We called and got an appointment when we called for the same day. The technician was very friendly and looked at my old system to see if it was repairable. It was not so he was able not install a new one immediately. He was fast and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. There are many Garage door repair companies in Jacksonville, FL, but this Company Reigns above them all. I gave them a call on the phone and not 30 minutes later they showed up at my home. Same day service! She gave me a quote over the phone. The Technician gave the same quote at my home. The Tech, went over the complete breakdown and estimate. They also have a great warranty with their work. The Technician was done in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, very respectful and kind. Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.
