Jeremy Hale came by about 7 Friday night to check why my garage door had quit working. At that time he replaced a 7ft belt rail that was broken. Saturday when the door again quit working he returned and replaced the safety eyes on the door. All work was under warranty. Jeremy was great and is an asset to your company.

Replied to a ad from Angie's list. Within an hour you responded and said you could have a tech here the same day. The tech called and told me when he could be here and he arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He replaced the rollers on the door and checked out the doors operation. He also answered questions I had. I now know who to call for any problems with my garage door operations. Thanks.

I saw your ad in Money Pages and I thought the maintenance pricing was excellent and I liked the lifetime warranty. Travis was extremely professional and personable. He was detailed in his explanations and demonstrated the need for repair. He rebuilt my garage door mechanics with new springs, cables and rollers and it seemed as if I had a brand new door. I was so impressed that I asked him to replace my old garage door opener. I will definitely recommend and call on Precision again.

Frank called to let me know he would be early which was very refreshing since most service people are late! He was very thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. There was no pressure at all which I have experienced in the past when getting the garage door repaired, and he completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be a return customer!

Our 20 year old garage door had been operating with springs that were too heavy. This caused a metal part to become twisted and pull loose, also causing another metal support to break off of the door. We were hoping the door could be repaired but were afraid there was no way. Your technician, Frank Cassidy, figured out a way to repair the door and strengthen it in the area that received the most stress. I thought what he did was ingenious. He, on the other hand, obviously just saw it as looking at a problem, figuring out a solution and then getting to work on implementing it. He also installed the springs ( correct weight) that we had ordered before the mishap but had not installed yet. He saw that the plastic pullies needed to be replaced and took care of that as well as lubricating both doors. I was concerned about gaps at the floor level on both doors that allowed water and vermin in.He showed me the rubber sealing strips that would solve the problem and installed them on both doors. Frank not only knew what he was doing and did what best served our needs and interests; he was also courteous and patiently answered my questions. We chose Precision because a friend in the neighborhood highly recommended you. We will use your services again and will readily recommend you to others. Thank you!Jerry Starling

Set an appointment to have noisy door fixed; technician was very professional, knowledge of all of the garage door mechanisms and did a complete inspection. Did a good job of explaining the reasons behind his recommendations, including replacing springs with the correct size and balance for the weight of the door. I will use Precision again when the door opener needs replacing, and I would recommend your company. And the door is now SO much quieter!

We were very pleased with the garage door opener and how quite it operated. We would give Jeremy an 11 based on a scale of 1 being poor service and 10 being excellent service. We will probably be having Precision do a conversion on our garage door as it is a new house with a very poor quality garage door.

Sean Smith was the tech on the job, and he showed up promptly and gave what I assume was good advice about our problem and the necessary repairs that were needed. The service I received from Precision was exceptional. About two years ago, Precision replaced my garage door opener as well as my garage door springs, rollers and cables. I selected the Liftmaster Elite series garage door opener, the best model opener available then, and it was professionally installed. It runs quietly and smoothly. Even after two years of use, my garage door is still expertly balanced. Everything has worked perfectly since Precision's installation. The reason I called Precision for service now was completely my fault, as I had erroneously cleared the brake points for the garage door while linking my car to the opener. It just seemed like a good time to have Precision routinely check out the garage door and opener. (I have a Precision lifetime warranty on the parts and labor for the garage door refurbishing they did.) Jeremy spent a lot of time and effort getting the opener working properly again. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door equipment or services.

Devin was awesome. I purchased a coupon for a $99 roller replacement and tune-up knowing that there were other issues. Devin was friendly and educated and walked me through the costs to correct deficiencies with the current door - and the benefits of doing it with Precision. I knew I needed a new opener - and the door had only one spring, and there were other obviously issues. Devin spent a ton of time walking me through the door replacement options and helped get my order placed and a consult with Sean to check inventory the same day. I was able to get install scheduled within days, which was important as we're moving into this new home very soon. Dan Mangus did the install and showed us everything we needed to know. Awesome in all facets. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the professionalism of your folks. (Can't believe how quiet this opener is!)
