Awesome service on door opener. Also recommended an upgrade for opener attachment to door to remove a cheap angle bracket and replace with a quality attachment. Service tech was phenomenal in performing the work.

Brandon is awesome! Brandon was very professional, polite, thorough, diligent, arrived very timely, answered my questions with patience, and has expert knowledge about garage door repairs/replacements. I described the issue with my garage door (would not close), and Brandon was able to determine the root cause after a thorough assessment. Service was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Brandon any day.

Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was needed to fix the problem and did not try to sell me anything more. I thought I might need a new door and he gave me his expert opinion of it's life and condition. Anyone else might have taken that opportunity to run up my bill. I would recommend Precision and specifically Ryan for anyone with a garage door problem.

Tim Van Vuren called earlier than the appointment time and informed us of his expected arrival time. He listened to my explanation of the problem, offered his recommendations and we agreed. He told us it would be possibly three and a half hours to complete and he had scheduled four additional customers for the day. He notified his office of the delay and they in turn notified the next customers following our service call. The new motor, springs, rail, and motor are so quiet. We are sincerely glad we called Precision. Thank you.

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
