Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense. Both technicians were wonderful-Gilbert and Mike. So refreshing to have a business that still believes in costumer satisfaction! We highly reccomend Precision!

My garage door sounded like it was about to tear itself off the wall. A home warranty service provider had installed the wrong (too "strong") spring, so Billy put on the right size. Then he replaced the clunky cheap metal rollers with nice quiet ones, realigned the post (the bar going from the motor to the door). It works like a champ now and is much quitter. Very pleased.

When I shut my garage door one of the springs snapped and I was unable to open my garage door. I called Precision Door Service and they arrived less than an hour after I called. They replaced the springs, and other parts that needed replacement (rollers, cables, pulleys) in less than an hour. This company is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Tim and Josh were very professional and thanks to them my garage door works perfect.

He was completely prepared with all equipment and tools necessary to complete the job.
