I had disengaged the trolley last night. After John came this morning, he raised the door back to engage and since then the door is operating properly. John did not do any repair work.

Kurt called when he was delayed by traffic. Gets bonus points for being courteous. He installed not only the new garage door but the opener as well. He gave me a time when it all should be done and was right on. Professional but communicated in laymen's terms. Sean was promt and professional. He also did a five star installation giving me a number of available options but was in no way pushy about the suggested options. We decided to upgrade and get the Lifetime warranty for piece of mind. Thankyou for the quick service as our cars were locked in the garage which really put us in a bind.
