Great Service. Both the estimator, Chad and the technician that did the work, Dan Mangus were terrific. They were punctual and very easy to work with. Dan and his partner, Jeremiah had a real job on their hands taking down an old metal door that was totally rusted out and torn up. But they were up to the challenge and the new door looks great. Of course since this is at The Haunted Trails, the haunt crew has been told to take brush and paint and turn the door into a haunted theme. Let me know if you want me to send pictures. Thanks again.

We called Precision at around 3:30pm and was told that the tech would be at our house between 4 and 6. He called at 4:00 to let me know he was on his way and showed up at about 4:20. We needed a spring fixed, which was repaired in about one and half hours. He also installed a new garage door opener which took a little over an hour. I believe Chad did a great job and was very pleasant. We chose Precision from online reviews. They may not be the cheapest in town but the work is excellent. We are very pleased.

This was the second time I used Precision to diagnose and repair my garage door problem. They were at my residence within three hours after I contacted them. The two man team diagnosed the problem and replaced my garage opener with a new drive unit and belt drive. The finished the job in about an hour including the inspection and lubricating of all door components. The job was perfect and the door operation has never been quieter. The clean up was excellent. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. The job is certainly five stars.

Here's what they did: Replaced torsion springs, rollers, mounts, garage door opener, remote keypad, remote button, old drive mechanism, pulleys, cables and other miscellaneous. Here's what I think: Scheduling simple (albeit I was confused thinking I was talking to an answering service), they called to let me know they were coming; they arrived at the scheduled time. Both Tim Van Vuren and Devin were fantastic to deal with - explained everything thoroughly, provided expert advice, cleaned up after themselves, I wish every contractor could be this good. I did more than I anticipated but I believe it is a good thing, no complaints from me. I'll not only call them if I need them, I will recommend them to anyone I talk to that has issues with garage doors. They even helped me program the homelink in my car - thanks for that!

My garage door broke late afternoon on Saturday and I was not able to get anyone to fix it that day. Monday morning I saw the ad for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in The Home Mag and called. The lady that answered my call was very nice and efficient. She set the appt and sent a confirming email with the name of the man coming to my aide The web site has pics of the repair technicians which is a great security feature. Tim called and was able to get to my door earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant were very nice and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand and make a decision on what to do. Even though I was locked in the garage for 2 days, I am glad I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Appointment window was 10am-12pm. Travis called at 10am and arrived 30 min later. work was to repair garage door that a construction crew knocked out of alignment and bent a track. Travis expiditiously replaced the track and aligned both sides. He also replaced rollers w/ nylon full bearing ones (much quiter). I also had him replace the bottom weather stripping which was request by me as long as he was there. Door in manual mode can be easily lifted with one hand. Very satisfied w/ work quality, price, and Travis.

Precision should be rated 5 stars. I needed a new garage door opener and wanted to replace the garage door with a hurricane rated door. After shopping at the do-it-yourself stores, I decided to call a couple of companies. Made a call one day. The Precision tech was out the next day, a Thursday, to show me pictures and give me options available. Their products were of better quality AND less expensive then the DIY stores. I was impressed and ordered my door and opener. The next Monday, my door and opener were installed. I didn't have to wait the 6 weeks that the DIY stores estimated as the time it would take for me to have them install these items. You have my recommendation.

The cable on my 15 year old garage door snapped Friday night as my wife and I were heading out for dinner. Needless to say that changed our plans for the evening and we therefore spent time trying to determine how bad the damage was to the door and the system in general. The next morning I begain the search for garage door repair companies and came across the website for Precision Garage Door Service. To my surprise I actually reached someone on the phone, on a Saturday morning no less, and before I knew it I had an appointment set for the same day. Midday I received a call from Chris the PGDS technician stating he would be there shortly. When Chris got to my house he quickly assessed the damage and began to clearly lay out the options I had available to me. Luckly for me I did not need a new door but the age of the rest of the system was such that replacement was the best choice for consistant operation and piece of mind. Chris began the job and was finished within three hours. Throughout the process he took time to show me the old parts and what he was replacing them with. He made sure the garage area was clean and free of loose parts. Once completed with the job Chris spent time programming the new system as well as programming our remotes and the remotes in our cars. He completed his final clean-up and we took care of the payment. Chris then supplied me with the proper paperwork for the system and email receipt for the job. He left Saturday afternoon having completed a job I thought would take all day. His professionalism and knowledge of the product was outstanding and I can honestly say I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone. Great service, great technician, great job!
