Very polite service rep. Was quick and diagnosed the problem. Didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener. A logic board was replaced and the door worked. The service rep. even programmed all the remotes.

I called Precision requesting a repair to my garage door opener....Kole was the tech that arrived at my home. He explained throughly the repairs that needed to be completed. I decided to upgrade my opener to a belt drive unit....he also replaced all the rollers...springs... cables...electric keypad outside and inside.. The garage is now operating flawlessly and is ultra quiet!! Very professional job!

I have used Precision for over 10 years. They arrive on time and often early if possible. The technicians are all very professional. Caution: If you search for Precision on the Internet the first garage door business that comes up may not be them so scroll down - I almost called the wrong business because I didn't pay close attention.

Tim Van Vuren arrived at my home in less than an hour after I called. Precision was recommended by my neighbor. My garage door was partly closed and had completely stopped after several days of problems. Tim was all the things a company cooked want from an employer. He carefully analyzed my problems and explained to me what he was seeing. He saw that my door was installed almost 30 years ago. The motor had to be replaced, we decided to replace major parts to give us a new unit. We only kept the door itself. Tim worked until it was working perfectly and even pushed out a car that wouldn't start. Every company would like to be represented by employees like Tim.

I’ve had a large double wide garage door with an older lift motor that I’ve needed to replace for a couple years. I called Precision and that very day their technician, George, came out and installed me a new, state-of-the-art garage door lift and serviced my old door as well with new rollers, etc. He came and from start to finish was about 1.5 hours and George was about as efficient and professional as anyone you could every hope for. I will be using Precision from this day forward.

I contacted your firm due to the fact one of my garage doors was damaged by vehicle contact. Mark was the representative that came to my home. Mark was very patient in listening to my story of how the garage was damaged, and I explained to him I did not have a frame of reference in regards to price and value with garage doors. He took the time to evaluate the state of my damaged door, offer honest feedback on its present condition being operative but irreparable, and provide me with numerous replacement options for the near or distant future. I called as a new customer and was given an appointment the same day. Gilbert called to say he was ahead of schedule and we agreed to an expediated time. He arrived and replaced broken cable. We had a discussion about the possibility of replacing a 30 y/o motor. He had one in his vehicle and it was replaced in one hour. My garage door gear is more than 30 years old and this was not a problem. I will definitely call Precision for my next issue.
