My technician’s name was Wesley. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything about the repair needed and the charges and then asked if I had any questions. He repaired the garage door in a timely manner and explained everything he had done. I found Precision on Angie’s List and used them because I was happy with a previous job they did for me. Those interested in using them will not be disappointed.

I called to have someone come to my home to give me recommendations for a new upgraded garage door opener. Alan came out and 1 1/2 hours later I have a fantastic new garage door opener that I love. My OVERALL experience with Precision is a 5!!! They had a wonderful secretary who was professional and had answered all my questions in a friendly manner. The tech they sent out to my house was also professional and effiencently and took his time to show me before and after what he was going to do.
