I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says "nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener" quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.

Used in the past, they were able to have a technician do the repair the same day I called. installed all new rollers, cable & springs.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

The repair technician was very courteous, and arrived early. He thoroughly tested the system, and determined one of the remotes was defective. He programmed the new remotes, and tested the system again. All systems working fine. Five star service from this technician.

Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. Very Pleased!!

Replaced my opener. It was under warranty. Only cost to me was the labor fee. These guys are the best! I call them for all my garage door needs. Not the cheapest but the extra you pay is well worth it. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

My technician’s name was Wesley. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything about the repair needed and the charges and then asked if I had any questions. He repaired the garage door in a timely manner and explained everything he had done. I found Precision on Angie’s List and used them because I was happy with a previous job they did for me. I called to have someone come to my home to give me recommendations for a new upgraded garage door opener. Alan came out and 1 1/2 hours later I have a fantastic new garage door opener that I love. These guys are the best!!!! Not the cheapest but I am more then willing to pay a little extra for quality work. They stand behind their product 100%. If there is ever a need for a service call they respond either the same day or the next day. I highly recommend them.
