Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . I was impressed with the different these new rollers made , quiet as a mouse . This company and it's service are second to none , excellent , honest service , they are the BEST .

I called to have our garage door spring replaced and thankfully a technician was able to come out the next day! Wesley arrived early and was so professional and informative. He pointed out a few other issues that our garage door had outside of the broken spring and explained all of the options to me on what can be done to fix the problems. He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to explain the options as well! Once we came to a decision, he started working on the garage door and had it fixed in about an hour. He also assisted me in changing my code and syncing the garage with the button in my car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Excellent and fast service. I don't like for repair representatives to push the sale of not needed items. Never was I pressured to buy things I didn't need. Chad educationed me on the system and mentioned things that may in time have issues. However, he didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I don't need. I was expecting the sale pitch. When I got simply good quality service, it made glad that I called a well branded company like Percision. Would recommend Percision to anyone having garage door issues.

I had a garage-door opener installed on Feb. 3, 2022, and I couldn’t be happier. There was no way I could possibly lift that door open before the opener was installed. Reggie, the tech who installed it, was completely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only problem was that I had a hard time getting the model number and serial number required to register my warranty. They should have been included on my receipt or invoice, or on the owner’s booklet that came with the opener.

I was also visited by an installer who was no less impressive than the first person I met from your team. So far I am registering 10's on the scale rating, but I'm pretty sure the work I'm expecting will meet the same outstanding professionalism your team has already shown. Highly recommend Precision. Alan Harp arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem (crack in one of the door panels, cracked hinges, heavily worn rollers). He provided a breakdown of the repair cost and suggested repairs. He allowed me to select the repairs I wanted done (reinforcement strut, replace cracked hinges and all new rollers) and did not force any additional or unwanted repairs. Very reasonably priced and repair was completed in under an hour. Five Stars.

I have used Precision Door on several other occasions and they have always done great work. My home is new construction and we encountered several delays in its completion. We had to reschedule our appointment and they wee more than accommodating and when we finally closed, they were right there for us. We had two garage door operators installed. We got good service, quality workmanship and a quality product all at what I thought was a reasonable price. The tech was courteous and professional and was very willing to answer any questions. He also wouldn't leave until he was sure we could operate the doors, including programming to our cars. I can't think of a reason I'd ever call anyone else. Great Job!

We had a spring break on our door, and I contacted Precision for a service call. I was given a same-day appointment, even though I didn't call until late morning. Reggie arrived ahead of my appointment time, called prior to arrival, and was the ultimate professional and got the job completed ahead of his estimated time. He explained what he had repaired, let me know what I should do to ensure optimal door performance, and delivered all this with a smile! He was personable and efficient in his work.
