An excellent experience from start to finish! We started our Precision Garage Door project with a visit from Mr. McKinnon who was polite, professional, and provided us with expert advice in selecting the right replacement door. He also came up with a practical solution for an existing structural issue, which added next to nothing to the cost. The timeline he provided for job completion was spot on! The installation went just as efficiently! Chance and Kyle performed our install, and they were polite and professional as well! Clearly experts in their trade, the workmanship was outstanding. Chance patiently went over all the details at wrap-up and even programmed the remotes for our vehicles! Finally, the communication throughout our project was outstanding. From the office staff to the follow-up at completion, it could not have gone more smoothly. I’d recommend Precision Garage without hesitation!

Chad did an amazing job. Called before arriving so i was ready for him. Routed all the wires neatly and showed me how to use the wall switch. Removed a flouresent light so the door would have room to operate. I'd recommend Precision for all garage door work.

One day service, had to replace a 22 year old motor. Technician had to make some modifications, and did a great job on the install of a new unit. Chad took his time to explain operation and programing remotes. Very pleased with the install of the new unit.

Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . I called to have our garage door spring replaced and thankfully a technician was able to come out the next day! Wesley arrived early and was so professional and informative. He pointed out a few other issues that our garage door had outside of the broken spring and explained all of the options to me on what can be done to fix the problems. He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to explain the options as well! Once we came to a decision, he started working on the garage door and had it fixed in about an hour. He also assisted me in changing my code and syncing the garage with the button in my car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Excellent and fast service. I don't like for repair representatives to push the sale of not needed items. Never was I pressured to buy things I didn't need. Chad educationed me on the system and mentioned things that may in time have issues. However, he didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I don't need. I was expecting the sale pitch. When I got simply good quality service, it made glad that I called a well branded company like Percision. Would recommend Percision to anyone having garage door issues.
