The tech called & was here as sked. He was very professional & knowledgeable about the total operation of my system. He was able to determine what my issue were and resolved them immediately. Riley showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with garage doors and their operation. He even went out of his way to point out some small things my prior vendor could have done little better to help with the efficiency of my door and opener operation. He corrected those items after installing my new springs without me asking him to do so. While I paid a little more than I had with prior vendors ( you get what you pay for applies here) I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the parts and labor. If all of the techs are like Riley you'll be glad you called. No problem recommending them to anyone .

Our house was struck by lightning & fried the garage door opener on a Friday night. Since Precision had installed the opener, we called them on Saturday morning. Micheal was there that afternoon, very professional & knowledgeable. Replacement installed & operational with no issues. Michael even reset the car buttons & explained operational changes. Such a pleasure dealing with a contractor that delivers what they advertise without trying to rip us off. Will recommend Precision to anyone.
