Sean called my home prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled appointment agreement. He looked at our current garage door system, and obvious broken spring and made helpful suggestions that was within our budget. The spring broke when we closed the garage door after 9PM on Sunday night. I immediately called the Orange Park Office and arranged for service, first call on Monday morning. Sean was here at 9AM. I saw Precision on Angie's List and I was stunned that Tim was able to come out on the same day that I called. I needed the bracket that holds the center of the spring to be repaired, the bottom bolt had stripped out of the wood and the whole bracket had twisted. My garage door openings are shorter than standard, making the original installation very cramped, but Tim made the needed repair in short time. I will be sure to call for future repairs or rebuilds as I was very happy with the whole experience.

I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks - Fred
