The service technician arrived in a timely manner. He assesed the problem. Need to replace the plastic cover where the 2 60 watt light bulbs are. The garage door opener is a Genie Excellerator. He indicated that the plastic cover over the light bulbs are not carried by Precision. He was unable to help me. The technician was pleasant and knowledgable I would call Precisian again if I needed service on the garage door or opener.

I purchased a new garage door with opener and battery backup from your company, the door product is good quality, But the installer told me I would have to caulk the outside vinyl trim and exposed nails, My wife and I were very disappointed with this as the salesman never told me that this was not a complete finished job, After spending almost $2000.00. Having been in business myself for 40 years and working with customers I would think $3 dollars of caulk would have been included. Bill Rucker in Fleming Island

Called Sears twice because had a broken spring and could not get my wife's car out ( talking about motivation ) they never called me back. Called Precision late that day next thing I know ( they e-mailed me first )Bill and Brett are at my door. Thought I was seeing double ( twins ). The must professional two I have ever met. I knew this was not their first rodeo. They explain everything in simple terms, up graded my cables, rollers and springs with life time warranty. Chad provided excellent customer service and fixed our garage door in a timely manner. The springs and rollers were worn and the door was stuck open. Chad was able to fix everything within two hours and as a bonus the door opens and closes much more quietly now!

It was so nice to deal with a professional home service company this week. They (Bill S) arrived on time and showed me why I needed to replace my garage door hardware and drives. (One had a broken sprocket on the motor.) While I spent more than I anticipated, their lifetime parts guarantee and 1 year labor lets me know I don't need to worry about my garage doors. AND, I can't believe how quiet they are.

Excellent service from this company. I had conducted some brief research with regards to estimates and the kind of work needing to be completed. After reading some reviews, Precision received our business. When Frank arrived he was both courteous and professional. Before he even began the work, he discussed options/packages to consider in the prevention of future mechanical breakdowns. After some discussion, we chose a package that suited our needs. His no-pressure sales ability was further reinforced when he actually showed us the worn down parts that we would've eventually need to replace. At that point, we were confident that we had selected not only the right company but, they had sent the right installer to help fix the problem.
