Sean called my home prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled appointment agreement. He looked at our current garage door system, and obvious broken spring and made helpful suggestions that was within our budget. He was very professional and completed the job with all equipment needed on his truck. (No return visit to complete installation) The organization from setting up appointment to completing the installation was impressive. I will recommend this company to friends in the future.

Technician arrived right on time, repaired my garage door better than when it was new. Sounds odd, but true. Replaced chain with new rail and new nylon rollers. Smoother operation - much quieter.

Travis Ford arrived on time for our appointment. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went about his job right away explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the situation. The cost was very reasonable as well. There was a type-o on the invoice, however, which was cleared up promptly the very next day. I am very satisfied with Precision's service and would certainly use them again if necessary. I have no problem recommending Precision to others.

The spring broke when we closed the garage door after 9PM on Sunday night. I immediately called the Orange Park Office and arranged for service, first call on Monday morning. Sean was here at 9AM. He explained in layman's terms the problem and how to resolve. By 11AM the repair was complete and we could get on with our lives. Thanks Precision.

I saw Precision on Angie's List and I was stunned that Tim was able to come out on the same day that I called. I needed the bracket that holds the center of the spring to be repaired, the bottom bolt had stripped out of the wood and the whole bracket had twisted. My garage door openings are shorter than standard, making the original installation very cramped, but Tim made the needed repair in short time. I will be sure to call for future repairs or rebuilds as I was very happy with the whole experience.

A very good experience. Sean was detailed with the options available to me and performed the work quickly and professionally. I started out with a garage door that would wake the dead and when Sean was finished, you could barely hear it. I especially like the reinforcing bracket he installed to spread the force on the door when it is operated. Good show!

Travis our technician called Friday morning to say he would be at our house in 25 minutes and he was right on time. He introduced himself and immediately identified our broken spring and cable. He advised me on what would be best long term and the warranties that were offered. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. Their service was exceptional. I called around 8:00 in the morning and 3 hours later the garage door opener was fixed and working better and even quieter than before. Your technician was great, personality, work ethic and appearance, also his knowledge of his job.Isaw your ad in Mint Mag and decided to have my garage door checked. My only complaint and this is not with your co only but instead of receiving work requested and given knowledge of possible further repair, I bombared with sales pitches for costly repairs. It is amazing to me that a garage door would need $600. in repair in only 9yrs

I can see why Precision is so highly rated on Angie's List and others. Travis arrived early and quickly replaced an old and inferior garage door opener. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a new opener, but it was obvious that a repair of the old one would not be a good decision. Precision (and Travis) has my strongest endorsement!

I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks - Fred
