I picked your company because of your 5 star rating. The office staff was very efficient and professional in setting up my appointment. My technician Michael G arrived exactly on time from the time of his phone call, quickly checked out the keypad, replaced it very efficiently, checked and oiled the rollers and was on his way. 5 STARS! While visiting my elderly mother from Indiana I had Precision check out the deplorable condition of her garage door. The door sounded like it was ripping apart every time it opened. Kody Hohman was the technician who came and explained the problem. I decided to replace the old opener and springs so mom wouldn't have any concerns about the door. The initial sticking problem continued after the new install and Kody was very attentive and I think went above and beyond to get it fixed. I called him a few times on his personal cell phone and he was always available and courteous. Highly recommend Precision and Kody!

I am from NY and needed repair on door. Your advertising promised same day service. I called and was given a 12 -2 window. Shortly after 11 I received a call from Jerimiah who let me know he just finished his last spot and would be there by 12:10. At 12:07 the phone rang and Jerimiah was outside. He explained what to expect during call. He quickly diagnosed he issue and explained what caused the issue and what he would do to fix. He was punctual and very polite. He represented your company extremely well and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on how he handled my service call.
