Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. I hope his bosses see this review.

I called for an appointment and they came the same day and fixed the rails, new rollers, new springs, new cable, etc. I will say I did not "shop" for prices so I cannot comment on that, but they were so courteous and I needed the repair right away. They took all the debris (old parts), with them and everything was great when I got home. I was able to have them call me when they were finished, and pay over the phone.

My technician Michael G arrived exactly on time from the time of his phone call, quickly checked out the keypad, replaced it very efficiently, checked and oiled the rollers and was on his way. I could not have been more pleased. I really like that you have your technicians pictures on your website. First time I have ever seen that and was impressed. 5 STARS! While visiting my elderly mother from Indiana I had Precision check out the deplorable condition of her garage door. The door sounded like it was ripping apart every time it opened. Kody Hohman was the technician who came and explained the problem. I decided to replace the old opener and springs so mom wouldn't have any concerns about the door. The initial sticking problem continued after the new install and Kody was very attentive and I think went above and beyond to get it fixed. I called him a few times on his personal cell phone and he was always available and courteous. Highly recommend Precision and Kody!
