I am from NY and needed repair on door. Your advertising promised same day service. I called and was given a 12 -2 window. Shortly after 11 I received a call from Jerimiah who let me know he just finished his last spot and would be there by 12:10. At 12:07 the phone rang and Jerimiah was outside. He explained what to expect during call. He quickly diagnosed he issue and explained what caused the issue and what he would do to fix. He was punctual and very polite. He represented your company extremely well and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on how he handled my service call.

This is top-notch, Five Star service if there ever was one. I called early; phone answered, not a recording; 10-12 appointment same day; Technician called on his way, there by 10. Immediately diagnosed problem; offered options; he had all repair materials on his truck and within an hour we were back in business. He hauled away all replaced parts. These guys are outstanding! A lightning strike took out our garage door opener but hubby knew something wasn't right with the springs on new-to-us home. Don't have techs' names handy (Frank was one) but they were very professional, knew there stuff, didn't try to oversell, explained options to hubby and finished in a timely fashion. They also taught/gave us new information about garage doors and how they SHOULD work. Very helpful. We are very pleased with their work! Will highly recommend Precision to everyone we know! Our double garage door opens and closes with barely a whisper.

In each case they identified areas that needed extra attention and improved the overall operation or our garage door.
