Dan is the consummate professional from our initial introduction to project completion. Removal of the old and installation of the new garage door was extremely clean and efficient. The new door meets code, which had not raised by a competitor. And the door is so quiet during operation. I'm very pleased with the work done, the appearance of the door and the timely service. I have to rate my experience with five stars.

We had been having trouble with our garage door hitting the cement garage floor with a big bang. I called Precision Door that had serviced our door a few years ago and was told they'd send a repair man the same day. The repair man called me and set up a time to service the door that same day. He also called when he was on the way. When he arrived, he checked out the door opener system including the spring. He described what he would do to not only solve the problem, but to keep it from happening in the future. A major part of the repair was replacement of the spring. When he finished with the repair, he opened and closed the door many times to make sure it worked well. He was polite throughout the repair process. I was very happy with the Precision Garage Door service. The door opener works very well and we don't hear it hit the floor loudly. We've used Precision Door Service twice in the last eight years and will certainly call them again.

Originally saw an advertisement on the side of a work van, and when looking through the Money Pages came across an ad for same day repair and a couple of coupons. I called for an appointment, a technician was on site within hours, and a replacement garage door opener was installed. I would recommend Precision based on excellent customer service, speed, and quality of product.
