This is the second time in approximately a year I have needed their services. Both times, they came out the same day I called them. A co worker needed service on her garage door recently, and other companies were telling her it would be days until they got to her. ( her car was in the garage and the door wouldn't go up). I had her call Precision door, and they were there in a matter of hours and fixed the problem.

I had a very positive experience with Precision Door Service. One of my garage door springs broke and prevented me from opening my garage door. I called Precision and their technician was out the next morning. He replaced the springs and suggested I replace the bearings on the shaft which the springs are mounted on. He pointed out the bearings and illustrated why they needed replacing too. The service was quick and efficient and the prices to repair both items were reasonable. I will definitely use Precision again for my garage door needs.

Precision had previously installed my garage door; however, I kept my old garage door opener which had recently been giving me trouble. Yesterday the opener went wild, and it had a total breakdown with metal torn from the wall and the door locked...the lock was jammed...I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised that someone would be out today to help. The tech was great: Friendly, professional and efficient...he did not even roll his eyes when I tried to explain what happened. I am crying because I had not realized how much openers and installations were, but with the lifetime guarantee, I should be ok.

My garage door quit working on a Friday night. I called that night and they sent out a technician the next day. He had my new door installed right away after informing me what the problem was. I had an old door that was noisy, with this new one I can barely hear it.

Josh was excellent. you should work to keep him happy. I did call around the "do not reply" email and you should hear from your phone person that Id like the warranty clarified as 1 year on parts and labor. Painfully for us both I have done an amount of construction and service work and your added disclaimers could be construed to reduce that warranty to 90 days. please clarify the warranty is 12 months, an email is fine. Thank you.

I called Precision after spending four miserable hours trying to install a universal keypad. I tried all the codes on the 18" list of instructions, nothing worked. I called Precision on Wednesday afternoon about 3:00pm and scheduled an appointment for Thursday between 10:00am and noon. I received a call from Sean and he arrived about 10:30. He went to work immediately and was able to diagnosis the problem and fixed it in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was very cordial and professional in his work and in diagnosing the trouble. I highly recommend Precision to all my family and friends in the future. A good company is hard to find, but this company and Sean are number one in my book.
