Ist time I used Percision. The service tech, NATE, installed a keypad. He explained everything about the item, installed it, and lubricated some of the system parts. MICHAEL came back the next ay to address a small issue. He, too, explained it well, fixed it and was gone in a short time. I am impressed with the service and look forward to switching to Precision moving forward with our garage door needs.

I was told by another garage door sales/repair company that if we had a hurricane my door would cave in and also that there was no way to make it quieter. Precision came out and to give me an estimate on a new door and he told me I didn’t need a door, it is hurricane compliant to 130mph and suggested I have them come out do some work on the door which would make it quieter, which I did, and for $800 its a much different door and it saved me $2000+. Doesn’t get better than that!

I called Precision Door after 6:00 PM when I discovered my garage door spring had broken. They sent a tech, Wes, over the next day, who arrived a few minutes early after gibing me a course call with an approximate arrival time. Wes explained my options clearly and got to work. From the time I called to the time of the completed repair, lubrication, and bulb installation was 1 hour and for the price quoted to me! Yes.. I was lucky to slide into a previously canceled appointment but nevertheless I would wait a week or more if needed to have Alan come back. Alan was our service advisor and is a true asset to any company! He worked fast and showed my husband and I everything he was doing! We could not be more pleased!
